We run dynamic, outdoor team-building, leadership programmes. Working through mental and physical tasks individuals and teams meet the challenge on our sports fields and in our military-styled obstacle course, The Pit.

Ultimately it’s all about showing people they can do more than they thought possible. Teamwork, communication, decision-making and leadership skills are developed and a new sense of self-confidence can be uncovered.

Family Fun Days build community spirit and provide everyone with a closer understanding of the people each of us works with everyday.
