For those who enjoy getting muddy party at The Pit, our military style obstacle course.

Birthdays, class parties and corporate family days let us plan your party for you. We host Birthday Party groups of 20 to 40, from age SIX upwards and Corporate days of groups from 20 to 200+.

Outdoors, burning off excess energy and having fun. We create no-fuss events with multi sport activities and plenty of smiles.

We organise a programme of activities to suit your group.

For 20 children our standard package costs $585(inc GST) [upto 10 additional children costs a further $100]. This includes the provision of coaching/supervising staff, of all required equipment (including tents, chairs & tables) and an Email/printable party invite.

Our neighbour Picotin Bistro offers our clients a special menu of party favourites such as pizza and hamburgers. They also create a deliver birthday cakes, if you require one.

**Important Notice**

In response to recent media attention concerning Microspordia and “playing in the mud”, Centaurs would like to reassure parents and children that this is an island wide problem and not isolated to Turf City. With any activity where children are exposed to dirt or mud simple, common sense practices like washing dirty hands and faces with fresh water minimizes the risk of getting an eye infection.
We have been running our popular sports parties, corporate team building and school holiday camps in our famous “The Pit” for over 8 years at Turf City and during this time we are not aware or have been informed of any user contracting an eye infection.
Your children’s safety and wellbeing is our priority and we, at Centaurs firmly believe that by keeping the public informed, parents can make a decision based on accurate, reliable information.
Some information you need to know before booking a party!
- All water in The Pit is free flowing and not stagnate – According to the Ministry of Health poor drainage (where water just sits) and extreme wet weather may be the cause of increased cases.
- Team leaders will be constantly reminding children to wash their hands/faces and eyes after every session in “The Pit” – Poor hygiene practices may increase the chance of contracting an eye infection.
- Cleansing stations will be set up before each party.
