An afternoon of good ol’ fashioned fun, games and picnicking.
The second ever Centaurs Family Fun Day was an even greater success than the first one with some 200 club members turning out for the event.
Organised by Club parents Sarah & Bryan “Daddy” Coole and assisted by many fabulous volunteers, the fun-filled afternoon had everything from badminton and cricket to petanque and frisbee.
Sprinkled throughout the event were good ol’ traditional barbecue games like the ever-popular egg and spoon and three-legged races. The afternoon ended with a few water games including a hilarious version of musical chairs involving the kids racing to sit in buckets of water instead of chairs.
Judging from the smiles and laughter from all over the mini pitches, a good time was had by young and old alike. What will Family Fun Day number three have in store?
