It’s so good to share this photo from the weekend with you. For our last weekend of Term 1, national covid relaxations meant that we could train in groups of 10 (up from 5 the week before).
With VDS measures in place, we were also able to open up groups of 30 for some netball and rugby games. For some of our netballers, this was their first ever go at a full game of Netball (7v7). For rugby, 7v7 and 10v10 formats were in full swing depending on age group numbers, and friendlies against other Clubs were arranged around the island. On the right of this photo, you can see our rugby girls hosting Tanglin Rugby Club.
With concurrent changes to outdoor mask mandates and capacity limits, everyone at Centaurs Sports Park this weekend was relaxed, excited, and all smiles. What a way to finish a term
