TeamSnap is our platform of choice for registration and team management across all our sports.

To help you navigate and use the platform to its full potential, we’ve put together this handy guide.



All you need is your email address and password. Forgotten your password? It’s ok, just reset the password, and TeamSnap will send you a new one to your email address. Use that to get back in.


You can get into TeamSnap using either desktop (that is, log in via its website using your email address and password) or through a smartphone app which you can download from App Store (for iPhone) or GooglePlay (for Android users)

Some functions like Checking Availability for your child is easier done on the phone app rather than on the web. The phone app has the added advantage of being able to check timing and location of a game on the go.


Here’s what each of those buttons in the Navigation bar allow you to do (Home, Roster, Schedule etc).

Note that this is written with the website in mind, but the phone app has similar functions that are even more user friendly!


Roster contains your child’s info including eg birthdate, address and school. You control the information here, and it’s an easy way to update your details without having to send us an email.

You can also add in an additional email address to your account and add in another family member (e.g. a grandparent who helps to take the children to training) so they can access the child’s game schedule – easy!

Here’s what to do:

  1. Click on your child’s name to get into his/her page
  2. Towards the top right hand side of the page, click on “Edit” or “Add Family Member”, whichever you need
  3. Follow the steps
  4. Save your changes!


This gives you the schedule of training and games during the term, perhaps even events coming up in the next term, so you know what’s coming up. We will keep it updated, so check in every now and then.

Apart from timings, the schedule also provides locations of games. The “View Preferences” tab is handy if you wish to check on past games or if you just want to see future events.


Every coach’s favourite tab! Here is where you register the availability for your child by game/training session, and it helps our coaches with selection and session planning.

This is one function where the phone app is definitely easier to use, just click “Going”, “Maybe, or “No”. You can add an availability note if you wish, for instance to explain that your child is sick, or on holiday.

On the website, a comment box is triggered when you click on the pencil icon next to your reply.


Term fees are listed here so if you are unsure how much fees are due, you can tab here to check.

Here also indicates the payment status of your fees, so you can check here if you can’t remember whether or not you’ve settled them.


Photos and videos can be shared here and stored so any of the team’s members can retrieve it when needed.

You can also share match reports and other relevant files here.


This tab allows you to send emails to anyone in the team, and post messages on the message board.

The phone app has an extra function where you can chat with other teammates.
