JRCS Finals Day

“A day that’s been 5 months in the making. The JRCS League 2019 Finals involved trips around Singapore (and to JB for some!), early starts and late finishes, but all round delivered a day filled with rugby and achievement for our players.”

“Each age group played some of their best rugby of the year and it was clear to see how much work had gone in. Most of the teams started strongly and only built on the starts, not allowing the opposition a chance to get into the game and capitalising on any opportunities. It really was a very enjoyable day.”

“Big thanks go out to all parents for continuing to ferry your kids from trainings to games, and the players too – those that played and also those who didn’t or couldn’t. Each member has a huge contribution to the team whether running out there on the day or supporting. The effort that is put into trainings help improve the whole team by bettering the players around and with the strength in depth of many of the squads and across the club, this will continue to grow.”

“A special thank you to the Head Coaches, parent coaches and Pro Coaches for their time, commitment and planning in providing all the players with sessions to help develop their skills – this is very clear to see with the results and we are very proud of our coaching cohort. Thanks also go to JRCS for organising a great finals day to conclude the league.”

“With these results, it is a day the club can be very pleased with. The competition within the junior rugby clubs of Singapore is always growing and increasing and it is a testament to the hard work of the coaches that enable us to constantly produce strong results across the board through all ages of youth rugby.”
