Well that’s a wrap for 2018!
A very busy and fruitful year for all involved with our new and growing Singapore netball club – players, coaches, parents and spectators.
Centaurs Netball traveled all over Singapore to play various clubs and schools, went international to Malaysia and Australia and hosted many clubs to our courts over the year. Between friendlies, competitive league games and various tournaments, the girls played over 350 games of netball this year – #woah!!
We already have plenty of games and tournaments on the calendar for next year and the competitive leagues are being re-structured to better accommodate the growing numbers. Centaurs is a big part of this change and there has never been a better time to be a junior netballer in Singapore. Kids sport the way it should be – for everyone!
Thank you, thank you, thank you for the all the support you have shown your girls and their coaches over the year, for getting them to games with their hair in the right place and water bottle full. I know all girls love having their parents come to watch them play.
Have a well-earned rest, enjoy time with your family in the coming weeks. A final farewell to those leaving us and we will see the rest of you on the 26th January.
