Rugby’s End of Year Wrap 2021

CENTAURS RUGBY SINGAPORE’S END OF 2021 WRAP

Dear Rugby Members,

I think it’s safe to say, that 2020’s message did not age well, given the emotional rollercoaster 2021 turned out to be. Having learnt our lesson, I’ll keep this year’s message short, sweet and without any presumptions.

To all our members, we salute the resilience and patience you have shown throughout the year to stick by us as a club. There were points during the year where we found ourselves floored and unsure of how to carry on, but your kind messages of support continued to invigorate us to get back on our feet and keep going. Thank you.

2021 sadly saw a number of members make the difficult decision to leave Singapore to be closer to families and loved ones. It’s never easy to say goodbye, but we hope that in your time with Centaurs Rugby, you’ve made some lasting friendships and memories that will always be fondly remembered. And as always, if you pass through the little red dot, please do drop by to say hi. You can stay in touch with us by following our Facebook & Instagram pages, as well as joining our Old Centaurians Facebook Group.

Lastly, to all our members and especially those making the long-awaited trip home for Christmas, we wish you all safe travels and a wonderful festive season with your families and loved one. We look forward to seeing you again in the new year, rested and ready for whatever challenges 2022 has in store.

Sean Goh
Centaurs Director of Rugby
