Our end of year note celebrating the successes of our girls netball teams in Singapore for 2023.
“I’m extremely proud of Centaurs Netball to have accomplished a fruitful year of opportunities, growth and achievements such as starting our Mixed Social Adults session on Fridays, Perth Tour (U14-U16), SGNA League (U14-U16), SCC League (U17-Mixed Adults), Hong Kong Tour (U11-U14), ANZA Accelerator Series (U9-U10), MCM Straits Tournament (U10-U18) and more.
The continuous overall growth of our family club, and the development of our players and teams are only made possible with the invaluable support of parents and coaches!
We bade farewell to our beloved Coach Craig and embraced Coach Irwin as our new Netball Development Executive, who has since won over our players with his love of Taylor Swift and fun coaching style. Also, an official big welcome to our new professional coaches, including Coach Ray who is in the Singapore Men’s Netball Open Squad, and Coach Claire who is also a competitive Singapore Netball Super League player.
Additionally, I want to express my deepest appreciation to all our members for your patience and trust in Centaurs as we embraced and made the best of the changes 2023 brought to us as a family club, including Centaurs Netball’s big move into our new home at Dulwich College!
Looking forward now, Centaurs Netball will have a very exciting and eventful 2024 ahead – more training opportunities, overseas tours, competitions, friendly games, and fun social events with us!
