Centaurs Rugby Camp
Brush off those summer cobwebs with our Back-to-Rugby summer camp.
Date: 29th – 31st July 2024
Ages: Boys and Girls – Minis (U5-U7), Juniors (U8-U11), and Seniors (U12-U14)
Timing: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM

The programme details
Learn and develop age-specific rugby skills:
Minis (U5-U7)
- Motor skill development
- Catch-pass, evasive running, and scoring tries
- Building social skills and confidence
Juniors (U8-U11)
- Confidence in contact (tackling and rucking)
- Introduction to body management (static/dynamic balance and core stability)
- Basics of attack and defense
Seniors (U12-U14)
- Position-specific skill focus
- Problem-solving and decision-making
- Educational sessions on strength and conditioning and sports nutrition.
Conducted by qualified national team coaches and nutritionists.
Centaurs Rugby Clinic (Kicking) - Limited Spots!

The Centaurs Kicking Clinic is perfect for players of all levels, whether you’re a beginner eager to learn the basics or an experienced player aiming to take your kicking game to the next level.
The clinic will cover two key areas:
- Kicking From Hand: punts, drop-kicks, and grubbers
- Goal Kicking
